Having experienced continual growth for the better part of a decade, the company are now looking for an experienced Critical Care or Respiratory Territory Manager to further develop sales in the South East region. Selling to ITU Nurses and Consultants, to Intensivists and Respiratory/Paediatric Specialists, your relationship-building skills will allow you to develop and grow customer partnerships based on trust – this is a real ‘solution’ sell.
Alternatively you will be a real ‘Hunter’ with medical equipment/device sales experience selling into other areas of a hospital, and be looking to move into a new, exciting product area.
Two new products have been launched recently and are being incredibly well received both clinically and commerically. There is huge growth potential, which with a lucrative, open-ended commission structure which starts to pay out at just 1% of target (!) will prove to be extremely lucrative to someone who can focus on generating territory sales growth.
The company prides itself on service delivery and post-installation support and training, so you need not worry about punctual delivery and reputation. The product range is continually expanding and you will be selling some genuinely market-leading High Flow Therapy devices, Aerosol Drug Delivery systems and CPAP systems. A number of the products are considered ‘breakthrough’ in terms of the technology behind them and clinical efficiency.
