National Sales Manager
An excellent mix of team management and strategic business planning, this is a varied, rewarding and exciting opportunity to work as a National Sales Manager for a company that is a true market leader in its field and which has achieved tremendous growth over the past decade.
With a team of six direct reports, you will have ultimate responsibility for team performance, helping and motivating them to achieve targets and to continue to grow sales revenue. You will also take a leading hand in developing Key Opinion Leaders and key accounts, in addition to taking responsibility for business/sales strategy planning and forecasting.
The company specializes in a specific branch of medical equipment that is used within hospitals throughout the UK and globally. The products are technical, highly effective, and as such the company have a burgeoning reputation within their sector. You will be working for a company that is already renowned as being a true specialist in their area of expertise.
You will have experience of managing a sales team for a medical device/equipment manufacturer or distributor, know how products and equipment is sold into the NHS, and have the requisite emotional intelligence required to maximize the individual performances of each member of the team. With up to three days each week to be spent in the Head Office in Bristol, you will ideally live within an hour’s drive.
