International Sales Force Effectiveness Manager

This global healthcare organisation are looking to recruit an experience Sales Force Effectiveness Manager in this newly created role working across the EURISA region, based from the UK.
The Area Sales Force Excellence & Training Manager will define the salesforce strategy through the development, delivery, and implementation of SFE activities across brands and markets, with a key focus on Europe, Israel & South Africa, requiring the candidate to travel for around 50% of their time.

The role is split between delivering sales training and driving SFE, but they do require someone with good Sales Force Excellence experience. The Training side is desirable but not essential and they can teach you that, if required. In addition candidate will need international experience and coupled with experience in sales management.
