Head of Marketing, Healthcare Diagnostics, laboratory, Marketing Manager
A fantastic opportunity to work as Head of Marketing for a multi-national company renowned for its hospital diagnostic products.
This role involves managing a team of Product Managers and marketing professionals, defining the company’s marketing strategy and providing inspiring leadership. With new products in the pipeline, a significant part of the role will involve developing launch plans and ensuring internal and external comms remain clear, persuasive, and engaging.
Half of your time will be home-based and half out in the field, guiding your Product Managers, working closely with the sales teams to ensure the customer message is being effectively communicated, attending exhibitions, etc. You will be required to travel to the company’s Head Office in Berkshire once or twice a month,
For this role you will be an experienced Marketing Manager or Director, used to developing and implementing a company’s marketing plan. It is essential that you have worked in the laboratory/diagnostic sector, with products that are sold into hospitals. Knowledge of clinical chemistry, molecular biology and/or infectious disease would be a huge benefit. Alternatively, if you are an experienced Product Manager who has managed a small marketing team and looking to take a step up, then this could be the role that allows you to do so.
