Job description

This world class healthcare company is a key manufacturer of anaesthesia and ventilation equipment used in hospitals around the globe.  It is enjoying great success, has new technology in the pipeline and has exciting plans for expansion, starting with key areas of the UK, Latin America and Asia Pacific.

If you have a solid track record in repair and customer support of anaesthetic machines and patient ventilators across Asia Pacific – we would be keen to tell you more about the company and role.

Working mainly from home you will support customers via phone and video calls with occasional travel to hospital sites to deal with more complex issues. You will also take every opportunity to generate additional revenue by upselling service contracts, training programmes and encouraging customers to stock relevant key spare parts.

Fluent in English, you will need extensive technical skills in repair, service and maintenance of anaesthetic machines and/or ventilators together with excellent customer facing skills including training and dealing with senior clinicians. You will be well supported by the regional sales manager and team members in head office.
