Cambridge-based medical device firm Medovate has been named “2020’s Leading Innovators in Medical Device Development” at Global Health & Pharma’s (GHP) 2020 Global Excellence Awards.
The award honours Medovate’s recent work developing and commercialising medtech arising within the NHS, improving patient care both in and beyond the NHS. This includes its recent launch of anaesthesia technology SAFIRA in the US and Europe.
Medovate has several other products in its portfolio and has established itself as a specialist in anaesthesia, airway management, critical care and surgery. The firm offers funding, advice and support during the early stage development of medtech innovations, helping to support and bring to market innovations with the greatest potential to benefit patients.
