Its been a busy few months for the team at KirkhamYoung with exciting projects within the medical sales industry to work on from clients old and new – we know just how lucky we are to have the business levels we do and never forget how privileged we are, especially in the current climate.
Customer service is at the heart of everything we do – we have always believed that time and care costs nothing, and whilst we can’t possibly find everyone who registers with us their dream job, we strive to ensure that any experience they have with us is the best it can possibly be.
We’ve used Survey Monkey for years to assess customer feedback, and its always been excellent, but we’ve now made that more accessible by using Trust Pilot – take a minute to leave us a review or have a look at what some of our clients have said so far – we are super proud!
It’s always wonderful to know you’ve done a good job, but even more special when candidates or clients take the time to say thankyou and this week we’ve been very blessed to receive gifts and cards to that effect. We don’t ever expect it, but we won’t deny it’s really lovely when it happens!
