Alternatively you could be working as a biomedical scientist in blood sciences (haematology, biochemistry) and have a strong knowledge of point of care (POC) testing and be looking to move into a trainee sales role. A clinical background as an ODP or ITU/ theatre nurse or POC BMS would be a real advantage as you will already be familiar with this technology. Either way you will be confident about discussing coaggulation testing at all levels within the hospital.
