Healthcare Transformation & Consulting Analyst

In this varied analyst role you will support and help grow the Healthcare Consulting and Transformation division by providing expert analysis of healthcare data and information, the healthcare market and supporting the delivery of various consulting and transformation projects across the UK. This will include extensive UK and occasional overseas travel, supporting project leads with workshops and customers on site with workflow analysis and process mapping.

To apply you will need a degree in medicine, health economics, economic sciences or an equivalent academic education coupled with extensive project and practical experience in healthcare and/or consulting. You will have a detailed understanding and/or experience of UK NHS healthcare delivery, to include processes and economics and experience of change management including LEAN transformation. You’ll have great IT skills and be confident in statistical and trend analysis together with using Powerpoint presentations and excel.

Great role for a qualified radiographer / PACS Manager looking to join a global medical imaging company.

In this demanding and varied role, you will be responsible for providing first class training and applications support on PACS and radiology informatics. You will need to have at least two years’ post qualification experience as a radiographer coupled with expertise in teaching and training. If you have worked as a clinical application specialist before this would be a distinct advantage but is not essential as full training will be given. You will also need a BSc Radiography, Assistant Practitioner or equivalent, expertise in CR, DR and PACS administration and current HPC registration. You will need to have an outgoing, friendly personality and have a passion for sharing the knowledge and skills you have acquired.

In this varied role you will provide first line customer telephone support and training to customers on site and in head office.You will also coordinate software upgrades, get involved with site design and tender submissions and many more activities.
Educated to degree or equivalent in biomedical science, you will need a good understanding of LIMS and have proven troubleshooting and training skills. You will need to be familiar with a range of Clinical Chemistry and Immuno-assay analysers and any additional relevant IT knowledge (eg knowledge and experience with ASTM, HL7, LANs etc) would be an advantage. The company has experienced phenomenal growth and is now looking for an experienced healthcare IT support engineer to provide technical support for the company’s Medical Informatics portfolio of products (software/hardware), both remotely and at hospital sites.
Experience of PACS and VNA Solutions, VMware, Oracle database; SQL and Microsoft Windows Server knowledge and relevant experience is essential and HL7 experience is preferred. You will have previous experience of working in the field, taking responsibility for your workload unsupervised and managing your time effectively to provide a high level of customer service. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be adept at building strong working relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Centrally based and with good access to the road network you will be happy to travel extensively across the region and take part in an on-call rota.
