Kirkham Young IBMS Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

• Open to UK residents aged 18 & over, excluding employees of Kirkham Young Ltd, IBMS, associated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
  
• The closing time for entries each day is 2pm.
  
• The winner of the prize draw will be selected from all valid entries received by the closing date, by means of an independently supervised prize draw which will take place at 315pm on both Monday 26th & Tuesday 27th of September 2011. Winners will need to be able to verify their identity prior to the prize being received.
  
• Prize is as stated, is non transferable and there is no cash or alternative prize available.
  
• Participants in the prize draw agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Kirkham Young reserved the right at its sole discretion to disqualify an individual found to be tampering with the operation of the promotion or be acting in any manner deemed by Kirkham Young to be in violation of the Terms & Conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a winner may result in forfeiture of their prize.
  
• By entering the free prize draw, entrants acknowledge that they may be required to participate in publicity relating to the free prize draw without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation the entrant's name and/or image and statements concerning the prize draw and/or prizes.
  
• Kirkham Young are authorised to use entrants' personal details for the purposes of administering this competition and for marketing purposes only. Kirkham Young will not give personal details of prize draw entrants to any external agency.
  
• Kirkham Young accepts no responsibility for any issues surrounding the prize once it has been presented, these will fall under the manufactures warranty.
  
• Any decision of Kirkham Young Ltd with regard to application of these rules is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
