Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer

This role offers a rare opportunity for the right goal orientated individual to learn essential recruitment skills and break into the recruitment industry with excellent formal and informal training. As a resourcer/trainee consultant you will be responsible for candidate and client liaison and the management of new candidates within the medical and scientific sectors. You will be monitoring the quality of the existing database and networking for new candidates. Dealing with high flying candidates at all levels in addition to blue chip companies means having a professional and approachable style is a must.

Educated to degree standard you will be articulate and self motivated with an eye for detail. Coupled with excellent interpersonal skills, both face to face and by telephone, you will have the ability to work with a range of customers from large multi-nationals to smaller niche market players.



This fantastic opportunity will teach you all the basics of a recruitment specialist's role, the industry in which you will eventually recruit and give you a strong knowledge of your candidates enabling you become a highly successful recruitment consultant. Once confident and successful in all aspects of this role you will be fully equipped to move into a full life cycle recruitment role offering you an increase in responsibility and financial rewards.
